Girl is accusing me for financial fraud and harassment

Relative introduced me to a girl for a marriage, while family is having discussion with girl family for marriage.. we started talking to each other and went out 2-3 times to places like mathura and vridavan. Anyhow marriage is not happening and same has been conveyed to girl, now she has accussed me for harassment for place where we visited and saying that they have given us 10 lakhs before marriage and filed a case.
If a false complaint has been filed against you and they have extorted you then you may evaluate filing a cross complaint against them for extortion etc depending on your actual situation. Do not hesitate to state truthful facts during investigation.
