Girl blackmailing for marriage after having sex but no promise made

I'm a boy and i'm 20 years old. My friend introduced me to a girl of same age. We both are talking regularly in phone and texting each other. She loves me so much. But i dont love her. But one day we met at one place and without knowing we had sex. I didnt ask her to have sex, but it happend and I didnt promise her that i will marry her before and after sex. Now she is asking me to marry her. she is doing blackmail that she will tell their parents and she will put a case on me. What happens if it goes to court?? Please help me in this. What i have to do now.

First you have to attaina marriagiable age - 21 yr, If yu are willing and employer earning you can mrry her. If not she can cause injury, since you have knowingly or unknowingly had sex with the said girl. She may threaten and harass you by compalining to the police and she cannot prove adultory unless she has the video or proof of issue (child ) born out of sex. contact me for detail.

As per section 375(4) of ipc says that when the promise is made for marriage and then have sexual intercourse with girl by a man and failed to marry the girl means rape.in that case if you are married already means you have not able to make promise for marry the other girl whom alleged against you then no offence at all arise when sex with mutual consent.but you are unmarried means that act of sex committed by you with girl will alone constitute promise to marry provided that the girl should be unmarried at that time even sex with mutual consent and finally offence is made. In that case liability to prove your innocence lies on your head.
