We are getting lot of torture from our neighbours daily they try to create problem Getting lot of mental torture. Want I to send a legal notice.without police F.I.R it's possible...Kindly revert back
Yes, you may send a legal notice to them without filing any complaint with the police. The said notice has to be sent through your counsel who shall mention in the notice that you have been tortured or disturbed by the acts of neighbor and that he should stop those activities failing which you will take legal course of action.

Hello, it is always better to send a legal notice to them, it is a case of private nuisance and for the same purpose there are criminal and civil remedies under law, you can file police complaint with high rank police officers and can also file civil suit to restrain their activities
