A British national who was working in India has an FIR against him from his previous employer after he resigned and served his complete notice period and settled his dues. He was falsely implicated and then terminated. He left for the UK immediately. It is a civil case registered under criminal court by the company. We are filing for anticipatory bail and stay on the FIR for him to return to India to take up a new job. Can he get a Visa on future employer sponsorship and FRRO, then come back to India and work for that company while his FIR would be fought for, to be quashed after he comes to India
Yes it’s possible possible but one can eaisly understand the facts only after knowing the issue I suggest that first and Forest Most thing is that for what basis an employer is filed FIR against him and in case if the FIR is worng he cash

if he applies for anticipatory bail see that a condition may be imposed that he must stay in india till disposal of criminal case.
If no such condition is imposed by the sessions court then manage the state to preffer criminal revision before High Court and get such order .
