If he’s not listening to you then you can send him a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal and you have all the evidences of the transferred money then you can file a recovery suit before the civil court or forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. yes the money can be recovered on the pretext of cheating and criminal breach of trust and criminal misrepresentation and the guy is also liable to pay compensation to the girl for harassing her. yes call recordings have the evidentiary value.

if the money has been transferred online or given by cheque, then there is a possibility to recover on some pretext. however if the money has been given in cash then there is no recovery and the girl need to forget about the money. But for the case , police complaint can be filed for Rape and abduction

You need to get fir lodge u/s 420 ipc etc followed by suit for recovery in this case ! These types of cheaters are all over. Collect as much evidences you can. Don’t delete any chat from original phone. You need expert advocate to do all these ! Plz b in touch
