Fraud by lawyer with law rato client

One lawyer was contacted by me in 2020 yr through law rato web site. He has now taken 2 lapis till date but nothing do anything with my case. Kindly assist.

You must contact the LawRato Team and report this issue with supporting documents. They will definitely get in touch with the lawyer and assist you to resolve this dispute. If this fails, you may also file a complaint with the concerned State Bar Council.

You can file a complaint against that advocate in his bar council and even you can file recovery of money if it does perform his duty as described in advocate acts. Advocate's Act defines the code of conduct of advocates for more detail contact me Ranjeet Sonker advocate High court
