Fraud and Overpriced charges in Service of vehicle

18-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I reviewed my invoice for which I had already done payment 20 days ago and came to know that I am charged for spare parts of the car that the spare parts company mentioned in Invoice doesn't even make. And on top of that the rates applied for those parts are very high.

We first need to send a legal notice to the company and demand compensation for their illegal acts. If they don't respond or don't accept their mistake, we can file a complaint in the consumer forum and demand the compensation along with interest and legal fees.

you can reach out to your nearest police station with an application stating the fraud made against you. if the police do not entertain the case then reach to the magistrate with a private complaint against the mechanic and then it will be done.
