मैन एक पार्टनरशिप करी थी और पैसे दिए थे एक को। की हम लोग समान ख़रीदे गए और फिर उससे काम कराये गए। परंतु मेरे पार्टनर ने मुझसे पैसे लेके कुछ नही खरीदा ओर मेरे को बेवकोफ़ बनाता रहा। 1 साल हो गया है मैं अभी भी उसके पीछे पड़ा हु अपने पैसे निकलनेको । कभी चेक बाउंस हो जाता है कभी कुछ । जैसा उसने कहा था कि हम काम करे गए वैसा कुछ भी नही हुआ। तो क्या मैं उसपे 420 का केस कर सकता हु

सबसे पहले तो अगर उसने आपको चेक दिया है तो चेक बाउंस होने के 30 दिन के अंदर उसे नोटिस दीजियेगा और उसके उसे पेमेंट करने हेतु 15 दिन का टाइम दीजिए अगर वो 15 दिन में पेमेंट नहीं करता है तो आप कोर्ट मै 138 एन आई एक्ट का मुकदमा कर सकते है और अगर आप चाहे तो आप उसके खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी ,जालसाजी का मुकदमा भी डाल सकते हैं
