Four years ago due to financial disputes while running a charitable trust The case is pending in many courts in Kerala, can stay all case the High Court and all of them and then face the trial?

you had to face trail in all criminal cases on the fact that in every case certain offences were levelled against you and at the instance you want disposal of all the cases in a speedy manner, then you should have to approach before the high court

Staying the matters can be done through high court . If you are ready to face trial , then no need of stay .. we can leave the matter as such and let the case to come up for trial … anyways the merit of each cases to be scrutinised and verified before making any decision
