Forged injury reports submitted with charge sheet in court

Sir Police have submitted charge sheet with forged injury reports. I had filed a complaint under sec 340/195 in metropolitan and session court from both court my application got dismissed as my trail is pending. Now what should I do at this stage ? With which section I can appeal to court to file FIR against police for doing forgery.
Well, mere filing Complaint against accused Police Officials won't work. You have to come up with concrete evidences against the Offence of forgery committed by them, i.e, of Injury Reports submitted by them as part of Chargesheet before the concerned Court.

Firstly take in mind that once chargesheet is filed you will have to face trial and in trial you will have to prove the forged injury report...
Secondly, doors are open to you for Appeal against the dsmissal order. cmaltaneously make the Applcaton cum Complant to Commssioner Of Police against the Investigation Officer who annexed forged injury report to chargesheet and serve the C.C . to concerned police station's Sr. Inspector of Police. ACP, DCP.
