One foreign parcel from UK transmitted via fareastcourier.co.uk and the track record shows it is held at customs. The informed crew of courier on email intimated to credit customs charge and credited via NEPT. But it was confirmed as parcel scam. The police complaint was filed and no FIR has been registered. next what action I can take legally sir

1. you have to approach the higher officer of the police station. 2. you can also bring it to the notice of the commissioner or superintendent of police. 3. contact the courier company and ask him to produce the documents and help you in releaseing the parcel.

Dear Sir, If no FIR is registered you have to approach either higher Police officer or file private complaint before jurisdictional magistrate. Thus, the matter will be viewed seriously as it seems big scam in respect of parcels being received from Abroad countries.
