Dear Madam, You can file Transfer Petition in the Supreme Court in person and get your case transferred from one State to another State. It seems there is a provision for online submission of such applications but it seems it is not so effective. Better appear in party-in-person and get an order of transfer of your case even before appearance of Respondent's side.

To transfer a case between states, a transfer petition before the supreme court has to be filed in person or online through an Advocate on Record. Even if the filing is to be done online. We will need the assistance of an advocate on record.
