Sir mera ek case tha jisme BNS 62 140(3) 309(6) 317(2) lagi thi jisme 3 logo ki jail jake bail hui thi aur main apni High court se mujhe interim anticipatory bail mili hai aur r date bhadthi jaa rhi hai mujhe February main Interim Anticipatory Bail mili thi hearing date bhadthi jati hai next hearing date show karta hai final decision for order kab hoga aur mera case December 2024 ki FIR thi tak chargesheet bhi file nhi hui hai sir kya 3 mahine tak chargesheet na lage toh case toh kya hota hai
aap ki case mein bns 62 140(3) 309
(6) 317 (2) aapka application for interim anticipatory bail had been granted fir chargesheet had to filed within 90 days or else the accused will be discharged after 3 months
