For compromising contact the opposite party's lawyer and from there on you have to discuss with the lawyer, acting on behalf of their client what they want and how we resolve this thing and how can we put an end to this FIR accordingly the things goes on but it will be better if you are hire a Advocate from your side because there are a lot of points which need to be discussed which need to be taken care of.
