First hearing date is fixed but didn't receive summons

HinYesterday I got a SMS of a case registered in court. I tracked the number in e court. In that it said 19th is first hearing. But I have not received any summons. What to do?

what kind of case ..may be you filed the case I think... than only you'll get notification if so you will not any summons from court please clarify whether you filed the case or not ...if your not filed than cal me il explain

Dear Sir, Service of summons mandatory but if you have vacated your premises and summons could not be served on you. Then court will accept service of summons through SMS or Email. It is better to appear and get bail if it is criminal case otherwise ask your advocate to file vakalath or undertaking on behalf of you.
