FIR with chargesheet converted to private complaint.


08-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have filed an FIR under section - 323/504/506 IPC. the case was registered by police and a chargesheet was also filed by police. My medical was also done by govt doctor for injuries sustained. The opposite party filled a counter FIR against me with medical. Then from Honorable High court Allahabad - he filed an appeal for quashing My FIR. High court single bench ordered to convert the case to a private complaint on false facts. Pls guide me.

Dear Client in that case you should provide all relevant information which relates to your case and also provide about counter case which was filed by the opposite parties against you then I'll suggest about your issues

I don’t think that quashing of FIR can go before a single bench. So far as converting an FIR is concerned it may have been in an application under section 482 depending on the prayer of the applicant… Let’s peruse the papers then only a better opinion can be provided…
