Quashing Sec 482 CrPC can be done at Delhi High Court on the basis of compromise. Therefore, you need to hire an advocate for the same, so please be in touch to understand the legalities in this regard! Thanks

FIR quashing is always done by the High Court. As far as the fees is concerned it depends on lawyer to lawyer. It can’t be fixed. I charge around 55k for quashing and all. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi
In case your case has been compounded at the lower court, you don’t need to approach the high court for quashing. The same will only be required if proceedings are still going on at patiala house court. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

Hello,

I suppose the matter have been settled between the parties in mediation and settlement in regard to compounding of the offence would have been mentioned in the same settlement.
You can get the same compounded from the concern trial court , 120b is non compoundable but the trial court have power to compound that too .

Thanks and regards

fee depends upon mutual understanding between lawyer and client and such information cannot be shared on public platform. Has the settlement duly recorded by court or is it oral only? if settlement is recorded then on the basis of settlement you can approach high court under section 482 cr.p.c. for quashing of FIR. in certain circumstances the trial court may also dispose the matter and can close the case.
