Fir quashing application after settlement agreement

An fir has been filed against 6 person and settlement agreement is completed with each one of them individually. Can fir be quashed off partially or whole fir is needed to be quashed off. What is the approximate lawyer fees for fir quashing

if all the 6 persons are accused in the same FIR then the whole FIR can be quashed easily by giving statement before the court and the quashing of FIR will be done from high court so the minimum fees would be 80k

Well, Quashing of FIR is done under Sec 482 of the CRPC. Quashing can be done if the false case has been registered by the Police & as such, Charges required to be dropped as soon as possible. As far as fees of quashing is concerned, it is not fixed.

For quashing if FIR you need to approach respective HC for this normally if you hire normal counsel then the charges for this process is around 50k tp 70k but if hire any gud counsel then charges depend on there experience
