you may challenge the entire criminal proceeding against you and your father before Hon'ble High Court wherein the Hon'ble may send the matter to the mediation centre and the matter may be settled amicably between the parties and accordingly the chargesheet will be quashed .

do not worry if FIR is already filed and your father are brother is not named in FIR then be sure that they will not be named in FIR rather you just move to take a anticipatory bail from your competent jurisdiction of high court

There is no need to worry because criminal procedure accounts for such frivolous complaints, which are purely meant to harass the accused person. Section 202 of CRPC in the state of UP makes it mandatory that the issue of process is only done after investigation in this regard has been done in case the accused person lives in a far of region on which the court does not have jurisdiction. In case of further queries, please contact, thanks.
