Fir in section 376 sex on pretext of marriage. To be sorted amicably.

My relative has filed an FIR against a person in section 376 sex on pretext of marriage on 16.09.2022.Now due to family pressure she wants to settle the case amicably. How can she proceed the case.

she proceed the case in reated police station if 376 maintain no one settle this only she want this no pressure maintain on her agar koi kise ladki ke sath shadi ka jhasa de kar sex kartA h aur badh me mukar jata h too breach of trust karta h aur 376 ki category me aata h ok thanks

hello she can go for filing a compromise deed In the local Court .... then it will be approved by high court through an application under section 482 CRPC then this case will be quashed.... you can get get more information through call or text thank you

for this matter contents of FIR has to be checked and what action has been taken by police till now it has to be checked as well. Generally in 376 it is not so easy to withdraw the case but it depends on the facts of the case and at what stage youbr trying to withdraw it.

You have to state specifics. What is written by her in her their, what is written in fir. What stage is the case in. Has statement of victim been recorded u/s 161, 164, Crpc? Has victim given her chief? Has her cross examination been done? Who and how many are witnesses and what is their relation with victim and accused? Information about witnesses like victim as stated above needs to be provided. Then it can be answered how to proceed.
