FIR and charges sheet issues - need an advise

18-Jun-2024 (In Criminal Law)
An FIR - IPC 1860 (U/s-506,504,143,149,323,324). was filled almost 4 months ago with an assistance of a lawyer. I have heard that without the charges sheet the case is not strong. What can I do to move foward with the charges sheet? All evidences are there : medical reports, videos and photos. The IO is asking for money every time I m coming and not moving forward. Thank you

Dear Sir, Normally, charge sheets will be filed if the Police are bribed unless you have a very strong case. There is every possibility of filing B Report that is no case made out on your documents then you can file objections to B Report and establish that you have a case before the Magistrate. To avoid all these situations you may take wise decision to get file charge sheet against the Accused persons.

1.the police officer will file a charge sheet based on the evidence you have given and on the investigation he did. the police has limitation time to file charge sheet, he will submit it to the court once investigation gets over
