FIR against Mother and Father in Law for abetment for suicide (306/302

One person took money from us fraudulently by promising arranging home for us, we believe him and gave the money around 20lakh the person took the money and final we came know that he did not do anything and use the money for his purpose. and we came to know that on him a case already register for fraud economy police was looking him. then started to ask our money back then he said sorry and he said he will pay money then waited for our money around 4 months he arrange half of the money before that he himself told that keep my property paper that i will give you the money we did not ask from him, its our money we use to call him to ask money. then we came to know that the police looking for him for the other case and we thought if he goes to jail how he will pay our money. we usually call ask for money. one day he did suicide and put our name that we are harassing him to give me in letter. now police have register case of abetment and 302. how will get the bail?

Well, do not worry, you will get Bail on proving, that, he took your name in Suicide Letter as you being the abettors of Suicide, just to take revenge from you and nothing else. Usually, persons like this have suicidal tendencies and he committed suicide because of his such nature.

you will get bail easily if the police has not arrested your parents then you can file anticipatory bail and get bail and if the police has arrested you then you have tovtake normal bail in the case and immeddiately you can go for quashing of FIR

Dear sir is police has filled a case against you or you just thought they will file ? for this you need to file anticipatory bail application before session court if session court will reject your anticipatry bail then Highcourt definitely give to you
