Absolutely, a complaint for harassment can be filed against this lady. You just need to give instances of how she is harassing and defaming. File for a harassment case and a separate defamation case against her.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein the woman is defaming you and is continuously filling false complaints against you, you must initiate the proceedings for defamation against such woman and should file a complaint against her in the concerned police station as soon as possible.

yes you can do and if FIR is not getting registered you can file criminal complaint too in court. see the substance and look at core what is the root of dispute. make sure it settles out if it is not, legal remedies are available as per evidence .
