My sister filed a maintenance case under Section 125 CrPC against her husband in July 2024. After three court hearings, the current case status is showing as “Contested – Restoration.” There has been no trial or detailed proceedings so far. A summon was issued to the opposite party, directing them to appear before the court on 31st May.However, when I inquired about the next hearing date from our advocate, I did not receive a clear response. According to the court website, the opposite party was given the next date, but the online status now shows "Contested – Restoration."1. What does this status mean, especially when no substantial hearing has taken place yet?2. Can I personally obtain a copy of the order sheet from the court without going through the advocate?

My husband ( married 18 yrs) has been asking for a divorce as we have been having many arguments/fights.
