from the message, one could not find your requirement. please mention whether any crime was registered against you and colleagues. at the instance the f anything was registered, you should have to mention the sections charged against you all

Cheating under IPC 420 is not attracted to your case because as per your question you never cheated anyone. you gave a coupon with a product. If it is clearly defined about your customers that will not be a crime. 294 A is running an illegal lottery. If you offered a coupon with a product that is not considered a lottery. Since no amount collected from consumers for coupons does not attract the lottery sections.
