FIR करने वाले की गवाही होनेवाकि है

i have a criminal case of fraud of IPC 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 ये सरकारी विभाग का मामला है और हम वहा सम्भिधा पर काम करते थे , चार्ज शीट पर मेरा आरोप लगाया गया है की जो डोंगल हटाना चाहिए था वो हमारी जिमेय दरी थी लेकिन अयसा कोई आदेश नहीं था और नहीं हमारी जिमेय दरी थी जो की GO मे और हमारे जॉब चार्ट मे लिखा गया है I अभी ट्राइयल स्ट्रेट नहीं हुआ है जिनके दवारा fir लिखा गया है उनकी गवाही होनी है और वो कहा रहे है की वो हमारे फवौर मे गवाही देंगे कृपया हमे इस केस से निकले का रास्ता बताये और हम

You can come on chamber at on your matter. I will provide relief from judicial magistrate at your district and Hon'ble High court. You can take relief by me. Call me when you need. Kindly tell me condition of FIR.

The presence of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail shall be obligatory at the time of final hearing of the application and passing of final order by the Court, if on an application made to it by the Public Prosecutor, the Court considers such presence necessary in the interest of justice.
