Financial fraud . Not refunded money

I transferred 25 lakhs from my company account to a lady as short term loan. But she cheated me and used that money for buying land and constructed house. Now she not returning my money

you had to file civil suit and you had to file petition before the court to attach the property purchased by your debtor or any property which is in the name of your debtor, which is the possibility available. the transaction shall not attract creminal element on the reason that the transaction is civil in nature

this crime is offensive under IPC. You can approach the criminal court for speedy relief. You can also approach civil court through a money suit. if you approach civil court you can claim your money with interest on the date on which you gave that money. you can file both at a time. first, you need to file a complaint at the police station.
