FINANCIAL FRAUD in my Account without my knowledge

Some fraudulent transaction (both credit and debit) has taken place in my account without my knowledge. I just received a call from PS to come and help them in investigation. What to do ? Will they arrest me ?

Dear client based on your questions Fristly you need to contact your bank if there was any such fraudulent or suspicious transactions from your side. Which Then once you receive the documents show it to the police. Hope this answer helps you and for further discussion feel free to contact us.

Well, if you have received a call from Police Station by a Police Officer to present yourself before them in Preliminary Enquiry or Investigation, you have to first tell them to send you a Notice in writing, so that, it goes on record and relying upon such invitation to attend Preliminary Enquiry Session, you can go with your Advocate - either I or someone else to participate in it for the sake of your defence.
