Based on the facts stated, the acts of the employees disclose serious criminal offences involving forgery, cheating, criminal breach of trust and falsification of financial records. Preserve all original invoices, payment records, bank statements, emails, CCTV footage and electronic evidence without alteration. Conduct an internal audit to quantify the loss and identify all beneficiaries of the fraudulent transfers. Thereafter, lodge a detailed police complaint/FIR against the employees and any other persons who knowingly received the diverted funds. You may also initiate departmental/disciplinary proceedings and terminate their services in accordance with the applicable service rules. For recovery of the misappropriated amount, you can institute appropriate civil proceedings in addition to seeking restitution during the criminal process. Prompt legal action will improve the chances of tracing the funds and holding all involved persons accountable.

Based on the facts stated, this appears to involve offences such as forgery, cheating, criminal breach of trust, falsification of accounts, and criminal conspiracy. Preserve all evidence, including invoices, payment records, bank statements, emails, audit reports, CCTV footage, and electronic records. Lodge a detailed police complaint seeking registration of an FIR against the employees and any other persons involved. Simultaneously, initiate departmental disciplinary proceedings (if applicable) and take appropriate civil action for recovery of the misappropriated amount, including attachment of assets where legally permissible. A detailed legal review of the documents will help determine the most effective criminal and civil remedies.
