2 of our employees done a financial fraud by forging invoices by changing the beneficiary name and made payment to their known sources and got back the money from them. Need to recover money from them and punish them legally. What should i do now?

I am having my 2nd cross continuation hearing for my HMOP case on 26.07.2026, and I will not be able to attend the hearing on that date, I am proceeding the case as party in person.
