Filling false fir,can police arrest me without courtorder

I am govt employee,òne day a lady slape me without reason in a public place,then i file a case,then she counter a false sexual harresment case.she can file false sexual harrassment case?what documents is need to file this case? Without investigation police can arrest? Without courtorder police can arrest?

dear client as per your query since if it section 376 filled against you then it is non bailable section you need to apply for anticipatory bail so that police doesn't arrest you can consult me by paying online consultancy fees...
