Well, if he had promised you to marry and you think, that, he had made a false promise just to engage in sex with you, and he was having no intent to marry you since the beginning, such a promise was part of his conspiracy, to engage physical with you, then, you can file a case of Sexual Assault on him.

If your relationship was based upon the promise to marry and now he is evading to marry you then you may file a complaint against him before nearest police station. Police will call him , if he agrees and marries with you then the complaint will be withdrawn or police file FIR

If the sexual relation was consensual in nature, I suggest you to not file any criminal case against your friend. However, if you feel that the sexual relation was done by really obtaining your consent inappropriately, then you may go ahead and file a police complaint with the nearest police station for registering an FIR under appropriate IPC sections. (Note: Once you have filed an FIR, you will not be able to withdraw the same, even if you want to, except filing a Quashing Petition in High Court. So you must take your decision accordingly.) In case you require further legal assistance, you may contact me directly.
