Filing false cases and demanding money

My neighbor who is a senior citizen lady is filing false cases against me at police station, women protection officer and women commission. She then indirectly gives hints demanding money. There were some dangerous trees next to my house in her property. when i complained to panchayat she did something and dried two trees and blaming i have done it . Now she is cooking up stories like i am threat to her .Panchayat and some local politicians are behind her . its been more than 1.5 year .
You should file a counter complaint before the police station. If you have the details related with the complaint of panchayat please include with the police complaint. The tree is creating any obstruction with your life you can file a civil case.

you can approach high court with all documents that you have filed before concerned authorities earlier. other wise you can file a complaint in RDO to get a settlement between you.. be careful with handling senior citizens, that's why I suggested that RDO
