In legal terms, "FIR disposed under registered FIR"means the complaint has been processed as part of an existing FIR, and the authorities have taken necessary action such as investigation, evidence collection, or arrests before closing or resolving it. Essentially, it indicates that the matter has been addressed within the scope of a formally registered FIR and is no longer pending as a separate issue.

It means that the FIR has been taken on record and the presiding officer of the court has directed the jurisdictional enquiry officer to investigate and put up a final report. Based on the final report the court would permit filing of charge sheet by the investigating officer and then charges would be framed by the court.

Yes the case is under investigation and still the charge sheet is to be filed, and once the charge sheet is filed then the summons is issued to accused and trial starts. Thereafter summons will be issued to all witnesses and also the complainant to give evidence.
