Once a criminal case is filed against accused then he is bound down to the court for not absconding from the court until and unless if the accused is acquitted and prove his innocence before hon'ble court or if the person fails to do so then the court issue warrant against the said accused person

you can get directions from the court and prevent the accused from absconding and depending on the offence committed by the accused the court will issue orders in your favour and itnwill prevent the accused from running away.

If the accused do not appear before the court then the court will follow the routine procedure of issuance of Non Bailable warrant and of he still won't appear then the process of 82 n 83 code of criminal procedure. ..... you can only secure his precence by this procedure
