Q: How can I obtain the RC from court when the case has already been closed?

After a minor accident on my bike, the case was settled, and the bike was released by the court and handed over by the police. However, the Registration Certificate (RC) of my bike is still with the police, who informed me that it was submitted to the court. What is the procedure to apply for the release of the RC from the court, and what does the police RC notice full form involve?

Q: Boy filing for mental harassment case against girlfriend in case of breakup by girlfriend

A girl make a relationship in age of 16 and at age of 18 she brokeup because she find another men .. then his ex-boyfriend start abusing her and threating her that he will kill her new boyfriend.. and also threaTen her that he will uploadher personal pics on social media and show it to her parents and also stalk her everywhere badly.. and warn her that if she marry with his present boyfriend he will file case of mental harrasement in high court and expolit her .. he daily warn her stalk her from last 1year.. what she will do to move out of this fear ??... is he really have right to do case of mental harrasement if she broke up with him after having physical relationship and marry another guy?, can a boy file a case against her ex girlfriend ?

she can marry other guy. he can not sue you for mental harrasement. if he abuses her on mobile then record her call and file f.I.r in police. police handle this type of cheapers easily. discuss all problems with police.thank you!! Hope it will help!!

Q: Can i take bail on the day i have to present in court

I am a handicapped person accused of kidnapping and i have received a summon under section 82 .earlier i was on bail , but due to having no knowledge of legal process and health reason , i was not appearing before court. so what will happen next. can i take bail on appearance same day or i have to surrender first and then apply for bail.

if you are not present from last two hearings.. there may be chance that non bailable warrant has been issued against you..you have to file an application for cancellation of warrants.. only then you can cancel your warrants.

Q: What are the guidelines to stop mobile tower installation

in my neighbor there is installation is going on for the mobile tower. So I want to stop that. How can I do? What guidelines should follow before such installation as per 2018 guidelines?
