File a case for trespassing and theft and threat to safety

My daughter has broken open the door of my flat in Whitefield, Bangalore and taken away all valuables like gold, silver, car, scooty and costly sarees. My husband and my daughter have conspired to eliminate me thinking that a single lady can't survive and that I should accept the illegal activities and atrocities and not raise my voice. I want to file a criminal case and see that they are bought to books.

Dear Madam, Immediately file a complaint with Police and say that all the articles belonging to you exclusively may be recovered from your husband and daughter. Theft case will be registered against them and they will be in trouble. If Police not cooperative you may file private complaint before Court with the help of Advocate.
