I had a fight with neghbour, They have filled a case against me, im unable to court for somedays . i need some clarification

Dear Sir, If you unable to attend the Court, NBW that is warrant might be pending against you. It is just like petty case but you have to hire the services of Advocate and get bail and furnish surety to the Court. If you unable to get surety then you may offer cash of Rs Five to Ten Thousand as cash surety.
