Female senior employee harassing male employee

Though we were together(FWB) for 2 yrs i broke up as things are getting toxic & she also is getting married in 2 months. I said I'll also find someone for me. The she started defaming with wtsap statuses. Tried talking she's making things even worser so I started ignoring but she went to a cheap extent telling people she got pregnant which is fake confirmed with her blood report. N her mrg is still on. My frnds left me thinking I'm really bad & my reputation is gone in office. Wt can I do ?

1. you have to file the complaint in the police station for defaming you and spoiling your reputation. 2. you can file before the court deformation case against the person who is spreading wrongful messages. 3. you can file the case before the cyber crime police station or sending wrongful messages against you
