You can file a criminal complaint of 42o, 461,468, 471 INdian penal code for forging your signatures and withdrawing money. You can also make a complaint to economic offences wing of police and registerd a FIR against your father .

Prima facie forgery has been committed in the instant case but the same is too harsh of a case to initiate against own father.

I would recommend to go for panchayat talk on this or forget... its just 1 lac.

Case would cost you much more than the amount in dispute that too against your own father.

Be wise

If you want to take the legal action against your nearer relatives then you have to file an application to concerned Bank Branch to inquire into the matter relating to your cause. And you can also file the application before the SHO of concerned Police Station and SSP of District under which jurisdiction of yours Bank Branch falls, regarding registration of FIR against the impersonators who hatched the criminal conspiracy of illegally withdrawn of funds from your account. If the police will not take any appropriate action then you can file the Criminal Complaint in the Local Criminal Court by engaging an Advocate.

If someone is doing fake signature and by this withdrawing money from account criminal case is registered against him. You have provision to lodge for. But if you want cordially relation you talk in family and tell them same matter.
