Father got arrested in a false case, unable to take bail
05-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My father has been arrested under 354 ipc, pacso, 310 sc/st act, its been more 2 months. Actually there is another who accused with my father in same case (FIR), TILL now the second person has not been arrested. Because of that police is not filing charge sheet. Our bail appeal has already been rejected in session court, we are planning to apply in High Court, but becuase of unavailability of charge sheet , we are unable to appeal in High Court. I wanted to know the process to file supplementry challan or charge sheet for my father that we can atleast get bail. My father is innocent , he is govt school principal. But the 2nd accused is father's colleague, kindly let me how we can ask police to submit chargesheet or challan
