Father gave surety for cousin's bail now he's not appearing in court

my father had given security bond of 30,000 for bail of my cousin ,now my cousin is not appearing on court dates .what will happen to my father ,is he going to be arrested for this ?
They can arrest as at the time of surety for your cousin your father promised to the court that he will produce him before the couet as and when required by the court otherwise your father will be responsible

As you have described that your father have already given 30000 rupees as surety in that case I advise you to file a application for discharge of surety again I would like to tell you if the court thinks its fit than Court can forfeit surety amount and issue non bailable warrant against accused in your case your cousin one more suggestion I would like to give you kindly consult your lawyer because you have not mentioned your case and what is the stage of your case it will be very much difficult for me to give you complete answer
