False report proven of 376 & 366

Actually a girl whom i was in love ship under the pressure of her guardian filed 376 & 366 against me.. Before some days i got clean chit on that case means case got FR from the courts now i wanna charge her entire family which were in this issue and threatened my family on a worst base please suggest me under how many sections i can file 156/3 as the police department is denying from filling my FIR... Please suggest.

You can lodge FIR against them, but you have to prove your allegations, I mean you must have proofs of your allegations.. Without it there is no means of FIR.. And if police denies to file FIR thn you can move it by court..

written complaint to s.p,police station, ig ,dg ,collect by speed post contact your advocate धारा 500 आईपीसी-मानहानि के लिए दण्ड। , IPC Section 500 ( IPC Section 500. Punishment for defamation ) भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 500 के अनुसार, जो कोई किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की मानहानि करेगा, तो उसे किसी एक अवधि के लिए सादा कारावास से जिसे दो वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, या आर्थिक दण्ड, या दोनों से दण्डित किया जाएगा।

hello, you file criminal and civil case both for defamation if your were falsely implicated in that case you can ask for punishment and the compansation for the mental agony.,for further discussion do contact..
