False rapped accusation because of rejection

My boyfriend was accused for false raped allegations by one of his colleague. We have 3 people witnessed who were present at that time but the police was asking money(1lakh) just to take the statement(not happen rape or anything) for that. Medical test done but taking time for the bail. Please help

what type of help you want ? The Bail Application is already filed. if the police is asking for money then it is corruption then you have to immediately go to ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICE OF YOUR CITY AND FILE YOUR COMPLAINT. Then you will have no more problems in the matter.
