The first question that engenders by the prayer alleged by you whether the relationship was pragmatically consensual or was it bigeted inadvertently by the agathokakological comport of your ex to with my limited understanding there has been some absistance by your ex in not performing the duties which he ought to performed. Moreover, the submissions alleged by you ,it is more of a conundrum but paradoxically there is a legal judicial penacia convoluted and torpid and lacadaiscial situation,it is ex facie that it appears to be bifurcation under section 161 and 164 of the crpc,it is also axiomatic that the dereliction of promises have been made for which a meagre extend your partner becomes culpable in the eyes of law . However i must confess nebulous extend only i would not say that your unboundedly on merit but i will endeavour to find an afficasuous remedy to your problem.
