False Rape Accusation and Extortion charges against me

I was in a relationship with the girl earlier and we had a physical relationship too. I moved to dubai for my job and everything was going well we were having a long distance relationship and then after 1 year she told me that she is getting married to someone else Somehow the other guy got to know about us so he broke the engagement. This made her father angry and he they have filed a rape case against me. I have all the proofs chats it was consensual and from 1 year I didn’t meet her only.

Well now, you have to defend yourself anyhow to prove, that, you had given no promise to her for marriage and as such, merely relying upon that promise, she had not given her consent to engage physically with you. There were other factors too based on which, she agreed to engage mutually with you for Physical.

Well, you save those chats,from which, you can prove that it was all consensual between the two of you. Still, if you face any problems, then, I will assist you legally. I hope, she did not indulge with you physically merely on the promise of marriage!
