false private 420 case after withdrawing police complaint

we had decided to sell our property and one man approached to buy our property.he refused to sign agreement beacuse he wanted to complete buying withing 8 days,we received money online.for no reaseon he refused to buy our proeprty and he sent clients which were demanding our property for 50 % less price,then he sent false notice mentioning our property is in legal conflict.he went to police station and when we gave our statement,he withdrrawn his complaitnt.now he has filed private case

Hire an advocate and get the details of the matter from the court. Get your reply filed before the court and explain to the court your innocence. once you prove your point before the court then you can file an FIR for registering false case against you

Well, as he has filed a Private Criminal Complaint now, you must hire a Defence Counsel to defend you in a Private Criminal Complaint Case, otherwise, an Ex Partee Order in ongoing Criminal Proceedings of Private Criminal Complaint can be filed against you.
