hello client as i can see your issue really very much serious issue as i can see is need to be resolved otherwise it can be a big and serious issue for your brother . as the sinario you hav explained it can be solved as well as you brother can be free from all these alligation but for tht you people need to fight this case at high level then only its possible to get relief in this case.

Your brother first of all apply for anticipatory bail just in case he gets arrested he may be released with or without surety. And if the case is pending in the court then apply for regular bail and just fight the case arguing that all the facts are fabricated and the evidences are also not real. we can file a counter reply for the same but uske liye we have to see the petition ki unhone kya kya mention Kia hai apni petition mein aur kya kya allegations lagayein hain usi ke base pe we can file a reply....and if it's a false case then you don't have to worry because generally log Bach jate hain
