Meri bhabhi ne mere Bhai pr apni khud ki beti ka false pocso case daal diya sir kuchh btaye kaise Issey bchha ja skta h kuchh smjh nhi aarha
hello client as i can see your issue really very much serious issue as i can see is need to be resolved otherwise it can be a big and serious issue for your brother . as the sinario you hav explained it can be solved as well as you brother can be free from all these alligation but for tht you people need to fight this case at high level then only its possible to get relief in this case.

Can a Pocso case be withdrawn?
Pocso is a non-compoundable offense, and its very hard to cancel a case. Now, courts are reluctant to dismiss proceedings for non-compoundable offenses. Pocso treats henious crimes. The best thing to do is to have the complainant come to the trial court and narrate either the truth or the hostile version.

Your brother first of all apply for anticipatory bail just in case he gets arrested he may be released with or without surety. And if the case is pending in the court then apply for regular bail and just fight the case arguing that all the facts are fabricated and the evidences are also not real.
