False marriage promise rape case

A girl has tried to give complaint to police for a false marriage promise rape case, I never promised her for marriage. it went to police and in fear of arrest i had to give a letter that i will try to explore opportunities to marry her. what can i do? It was a consensual sex and no rape.
firstly i would like to know wheather this girl filed complaint against you or not, you were saying she has tried to file complaint, if she does not filed any complaint then you can file complaimt against him that she is threatning you by all these stuff. and if police does not take action. we can file complaint in court and would be able to lodge an fir against her. and you need to come to my office so we will discuss all the facts about this. thank you

Unfortunately, I've seen these instances too many times and although I do favor the women in these circumstances, but alot of times innocent men end up going to jail for consensual.
At this stage, she will initiate proceedings against you and you will likely spend a few days in JC ( Judicial Custody) if not represented by a lawyer. I would suggest you contact a lawyer immediately and secure anticipatory bail at the first instance.
The further case can be fought on later on.
