hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR on the ground that it is based on all false allegations and that you and your father are no where connected to alleged offence and you could file dispense petition

file a quash in the High Court and also check if the cop came with 41A notice. know the charges framed against your father get a copy of FIR/Complaint. Also, go for an anticipatory bail, if its a bail able offense.
